The digitally controlled drive system utilizes a direct drive motor for ultra-quiet operation and includes a lifting handle on the hood for easy access. The blade lifts and swings with ease. An oil-less gearbox ensures that nothing gets left on the ice. The newly redesigned handle puts all machine controls at your fingertips, without obstructing the operator's view of the ice. A second knuckle installed on the handle allows the Regent to fold itself to fit in tight storage areas while not in use.
